This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Daktari Mzee MUSA for consultations and ritual or herbal services are and are not eligible for a refund. By booking a consultation or paying for any service, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Disclaimer in the site footer, which explains that our services are traditional and spiritual in nature and do not carry guaranteed outcomes.

1. Nature of Our Services

Daktari Mzee MUSA provides consultations, spiritual and ritual work, and herbal preparations. These are service-based and frequently involve time, personal attention, ritual materials, and herbs that are sourced or prepared specifically for your case once a booking is confirmed. Because of this, our refund terms differ from those of a typical retail purchase.

2. Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are due at the time of booking and cover Mzee MUSA's time, assessment, and guidance, whether the consultation happens by phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
• Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is considered earned and is non-refundable.
• If you paid for a consultation that did not happen through no fault of your own — for example, Daktari Mzee MUSA failed to show up or respond within a reasonable time — you are entitled to a full refund or, if you prefer, a rescheduled consultation at no extra cost.

3. Ritual, Ceremonial & Herbal Service Fees

• Many rituals require the purchase, gathering, or preparation of herbs, charms, or ceremonial items specific to your case. Once this preparation has begun, those costs have already been incurred and cannot be recovered, so fees covering this stage are non-refundable.
• If you cancel before any preparation or ritual work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus any portion already spent on materials specifically sourced for your case.
• If a ritual cannot be completed because Daktari Mzee MUSA is unable to perform the agreed work, you will be offered a full refund of the unused portion or a credit toward future services, whichever you prefer.

4. No Refunds Based on Outcome

As explained in our Disclaimer, spiritual and ritual work is rooted in traditional belief and personal faith, not a scientifically measurable process, and no specific outcome, timeframe, or result can ever be guaranteed. For this reason, a request for a refund solely on the basis that a desired outcome was not achieved, took longer than expected, or did not match expectations will not be granted. We encourage every client to read the Disclaimer before booking so that expectations are clear from the start.

5. Eligible Refund Situations

You may request a refund in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same booking or service.
• You were charged in error, or for a service you did not request.
• Daktari Mzee MUSA was unable to deliver the paid consultation or service and no rescheduling was possible or wanted.
• You cancel a booked service before any work or preparation on your case has started.

6. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a consultation, contact us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp. Where reasonably possible, your payment will be applied to the new date at no extra charge instead of being refunded, provided ritual preparation for your case has not yet begun.

7. How to Request a Refund

Eligible refunds are reviewed and, once approved, processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or mobile money service.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing concern before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider. This allows us to review your case and reach a fair resolution quickly.
